Online short course on the Applied Element Method (AEM) | October 24th and 29th, 2024 | in italian

Mosayk is pleased to announce that the first short course on “The Use of the Applied Element Method in Structural Modelling and Nonlinear Analyses” will be held on the dates of October 24 and 29, 2024, via streaming.

The course is aimed at practitioners and graduate/Master’s/Doctoral students interested in learning more about advanced modeling of structures and nonlinear analyses through the use of the Applied Element Method (AEM), a numerical approach based on discrete elements that allows explicit reproduction of collapse.

Examples of structures modelled using the powerful new software OMNIA will be shown during the course.

Upon completion of the course, each participant will be provided with course materials (slides in pdf format) and one 60-day license of the software.

A fresh 2017! Courses and seminars about seismic assessment of buildings

We are looking forward to offer a new year full of news, such as courses/seminars regarding the vulnerability assessment of exsisting concrete buildings. We are going to use specific software like SeismoBuild,  an innovative Finite Element package that can be employed to carry out structural assessment and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures based on pusshover analysis.
