OMNIA, is a powerful software based on the Applied Element Method (AEM), a numerical approach based on discrete elements, which allows the reproduction of explicit collapse.
In just a few simple steps, it is possible to create models and perform nonlinear static and dynamic analyses. Even through discrete elements are adopted, OMNIA performs implicit (faster) in place of explicit non-linear dynamic analysis.

The purchase of one or more products through the Site can only be made after registration with the Site. Registration on the Site is free of charge. To proceed with registration, the user must access the registration page via the Login link in the Site header, provide the following data: user name, e-mail address and password, and click on the ”Registration” button.
To conclude the purchase, the user must fill out an order form, following the instructions that will appear; the order is concluded when the user receives the order confirmation by e-mail.
All Software/Application prices published on the Site are in Euros and are exclusive of VAT. Once the Product is loaded into the Shopping Cart, the price will be readjusted taking into account the VAT (if due). Since these are “downloadable” items, delivery charges are not applicable.
All prices of Products of the “Seismosoft” family published on the Site include the delivery of a stand-alone software key and any program upgrades referring to the same versions purchased. These prices do not include the costs of upgrades to new program versions, nor do they include the costs of support services, both of which must be purchased separately.
Payment for Products on the Site may be made by one of the following two payment methods: Advance Bank Transfer and PayPal and Credit Card.
The crediting of the amount transferred to the bank account of Mosayk s.r.l. shall take place within 5 working days after receipt of the order confirmation. The reason for the bank transfer must present the following data: (i) Full name, name or company name of the person issuing the order, (ii) Order number, (iii) Date of the order, and (iv) indication of the Product and/or of the “product package” (if any) purchased (also in “rental” version).
In the case of software purchases, Mosayk agrees to email the license key associated with each purchased license within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
At times Mosayk, at its sole discretion, may offer registered users of the Site the opportunity to receive coupons that allow them to take advantage of special discounts. The validity and value of the coupons are specified when the coupons are issued. In case of gift coupons offered by Mosayk in correspondence with a specific offer, such coupons cannot be used for other offers. Coupons are not transferable, assignable or transferable. Gift coupons are not redeemable for cash nor do they accrue interest.
